LOCATION

The Apartments VILLAGE CALA SANTANYI are situated in Cala Santanyi, one of the island’s most beautiful bays, and just 100 m away from the beach.  Cala Santanyi is located in the South East part of Majorca, between Cala Llombards and the harbour of Cala Figuera, and very close to the typical Majorcan village of Santanyí. 

ABOUT THE APARTMENTS

The 54 Apartments and 5 Studios are spread across 7 Villas in a spacious garden area.  The outdoor area has a big swimming pool, a separate kids pool (these are not heatable), as well as a terrace with sun beds and complimentary  parasoles.  There is also a Bar/Snackbar where guests can have breakfast or buy snacks and the reception.     

ACCOMMODATION

The Studios (26m2) are well appointed with 1 bedroom with two beds.  The kitchen has a refrigerator and 2 hot plates, the bathroom is equipped with bathtub or shower and all rooms have a balcony.  Recommended occupancy: 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child. 

The Apartments (40m2) have the same features as the Studios, with a separate bedroom and 2 sofabeds in the living room.  Apartments located on the ground level have a terrace instead of a balcony.  Recommended occupancy: maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. 

Room cleaning takes place prior to arrival and 3 times per week.  Bed laundry and towels are changed upon request, minimum once per week. 

SPORT

There are 2 Tennis and 2 Squash courts available to guests (rackets and balls available for rental)

FRONT OFFICE

Reception is open from 08:00 until 19:00 and on arrivals outside the established office hours.  There is a telephone available for night and emergency calls.
